As conclusion, I can say that Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a system that has relation between human resource and information system where HR activities and process with the information technology field. Based on the above topics that have been discussed, I view that there are lot of HRIS using web base in managing an organization, such as in learning and development. Innovation of the system will give good effects to organization eventhough it consume a lot of money to implement it. But, it will fast the process and increase the productivity of an organization when the system is used in right ways and consistently. To make sure that the system will be implemented well, the employees that are important elements in an organization should be trained well and committed to use it. Nowadays, most of the systems are more favorable to be implemented in online system because the connection of the internet becomes wider throughout the world and the information exchanges occur in everywhere. So I think that it is worth to use it in an organization during to the emergence of advanced technologies.

Post 3 - Performance Management System.
What will we define when look at the words “performance management”? It is defined as a continuous process of identifying, measuring and developing performance in organizations by linking each individual’s performance and objectives to the organization’s overall mission and goals. There are 4 major dimensions involved in the PMS, that are planning, coaching, evaluating and recognizing.
Why organizations use the system? What we know, the system is very important in measuring the performance of the employees and to give them recognition or rewards. So, what are the benefits when using the system? Now, I will explain the benefits or advantages of using the system. I view that the benefits of using this system are for both organizations and also to the employees. It will able to increase employee morale due to the rewards that given to the employees when they perform well. So, it is clearly can motivate the employees to give more and perform the best to the organization. Other than that, the organizations will able to decrease the turnover and increase the retention of employees. I think that it is very important to organization to remain the best quality of employees in the organization because they will help the organization to increase the productivity. So, the profits of the organization will also increase.
But, view on the implementation of the system, there are lot of works that should be carried out by the administration or human resource department. So, I think that the system should be improve or innovate to make it better and easier to be implemented. For example, by using automation. But how it will function? Use web base. We can online performance appraisal forms to measure the performance of the employees. Employees must fill up the form. Besides, we also can use full circle feedback or 360 feedbacks. The feedbacks can be obtained from variety of employees in different levels. Next, we also can use self paced learning programs. This program is conducted by using online system, where employees able to learn it at anytime, anywhere without limit because it use the internet as connector to it that will bring the employees beyond in getting information. So, we can see that it will also save the cost of the organization and will save the employees time as well.

Post 2 - Employee Learning and Development.
This is a way of organization to cut down the cost and time in training sessions in the organization. Learning management system (LMS) is a software application using virtual or online in administration, reporting, and delivering e-learning courses or training program. As we know, when it is using internet connection, of course it will be able for us to use the system without going to any particular place as long as the place is connected with internet, right? Here we can see the benefit.
When the system is in virtual type, some people might think that it will be not effective as face-to-face learning. Here I will highlight what are the benefits and advantages of using the virtual system. Using videos and slideshows, trainers will be able to deliver the presentation for so many times. It can be repeated? Yes, this is because all the data are saved in the system. So, any new employees that want to learn about the modules or courses, they can view it. They also can make revision since the data were there. Besides, they also can exchange information with other department about the learning. The information will be wider by sharing modules.
View in this situation, I want to relate to the system in university. I think that lot of universities nowadays using the system that enables the students to save their time, and help the students to adapt with new technologies and new system. Students able to do revision by review the notes and information given by their lecturers. I think this is effective to be used widely in all universities.
On the other hand, using this system, we can test the understanding of employees about the learning by putting quizzes or tests with satisfactory score. It is also to ensure that the employees are paying attention the learning courses in the system. I think that this is important to be put in the system to measure the effectiveness of the system.
View in this situation, if I am a person that responsible to establish this system, I think that I will make it more interesting to encourage new employees to use it. Decorate the system to look nice, arrange the elements to be friendly users, put all elements needed by the users so that any info required will be there and make the user easier to access.

Post 1 - E-Recruitment.
As we know, recruitment will be in every organization. Before I go to more details about recruitment, let me tell you what is meant by recruitment. Recruitment is a process of attracting, screening and selecting qualified people for a position in an organization.
For this current topic, I would like to highlight on online recruitment, called as E-Recruitment system. When mention about E-Recruitment, most of us will bear in mind that it will be related to internet or online system, right? Yes, it is correct. So, by using this method of recruitment, what benefits that organization will get? Let me brief it. First benefit or advantage is in term of cost where using this method, it will cut the cost in process of recruiting because the organization no need to use a lot of papers to advertise the advertisement. So, the human resources or workers that responsible to do the job will also being reduced and saved. Besides, the organization will also can save their time because they will be able to get a large number of applicants in a short time.
Other than that, online system also able to reach huge target due to every people in everywhere nowadays use internet to connect to the current information. So, we can see here that the scope will be large whether the applicants are from local or overseas. Then, there also will be variety of qualities of applicants. The high qualities of applicants usually are from young, computer literature and educated. I view this type of recruitment is very good and effective for organization to practice it.
For me, if I am a person that in charge in the activity of recruitment in an organization, I think that I will also use this type of recruitment in my organization because it can help my organization to save their budget and time. Besides, I also will train myself in using this application which is updated and advanced in technology. It will also help me to increase my knowledge, skills and abilities in handling this system. Then, I will have a talent to be a good worker and potential to be promoted due to the effectiveness of my work, hopefully. Waahh...how ambitious am I...but it is one of the needs of every worker, right? *smile*.
